What Nigraan is. Nigraan keeps records for property dealers: listings, deals, commission splits, payments and introductions. It is a record keeper between dealers.
What Nigraan is not. Nigraan does not hold or move your money. It does not check property papers against any government record. It does not give tax or legal advice. A commission agreement on Nigraan is a shared record of what people said they agreed — it is not a court order.
Your records. Your clients, your notes and your listings belong to you. Other dealers only ever see what you share with them.
Fair use. Do not put up properties that are not yours to sell. Do not put up fake plot numbers. Dealers can report listings, and repeated upheld reports stop your account.
Tax numbers. The calculator is an estimate. Rates are entered by the Nigraan admin from published law. Always check with your own tax person before a large deal.
Paying. Plans are monthly. Payment is checked by hand. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted — extra listings are hidden until you pay again.
This document is a record generated by Nigraan, not a government document.
